1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition;
  • Be in the original packaging;
  • Include all original tags and accessories;
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Please note:

  • Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted;
  • Wuddly operates exclusively as an online e-commerce business and does not maintain a physical retail location for customer visits.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item:

  • is defective;
  • or you receive the wrong item,

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalised or custom-made products;

  • Gift cards;
  • Final sale or discounted items;
  • Products showing signs of misuse or wear.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable substances, or gases.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

The quickest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. request a return for the original product;
  2. wait for approval;
  3. place a new order separately.

6. UK & European Union Cooling-Off Rights

Customers located in the United Kingdom and European Union have the legal right to cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection and distance selling regulations.

To qualify:

  • the item must remain unused;
  • in its original packaging;
  • and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This right may not apply to personalised products, intimate goods, or items unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • the refund will be issued to your original payment method;
  • processing may take up to 10 business days;
  • additional processing times may apply depending on your bank or card provider.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

Where a return is approved due to store error or manufacturing defect, Wuddly may provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • refuse suspicious return requests;
  • cancel orders flagged as potentially fraudulent;
  • request additional verification before issuing refunds.
